VR-Render data export

Another advantage of VR-Render is to offer the possibility to export a selected image or a set of images in different image formats. Three different export modes have been incorporated in VR-Render (see next image).

The first one consists in exporting all images and all patients in DICOM or in FwXML format in a selected folder, or in the compressed fxz format in a file. The main benefit of FxXML or fxz is to save not only the medical images, but also all parameterization of the different renderings (MPR, of volume rendering transfer function). The same recording process is performed for the second export mode which consists in exporting all images of only one selected patient in DICOM or in FwXML. The third mode consists in exporting a selected image in DICOM, InrImage, Jpeg, FwXML or Fxz format. Except for DICOM which is recorded in a selected Folder, all other formats are recorded in a selected file.
