IRCAD has officially announced a new global partnership with Kawasaki.
This significant announcement followed the recent visit of Mr. Yoshimoto Matsuda, President of Kawasaki Precision Machinery & Robot Company (in charge of Hydrogen Strategy and Presidential Project Management), who was welcomed to the Institute shortly after the visit of Mr. Yasuhiko Hashimoto, Chairman & CEO of Kawasaki.
The collaboration will focus on advanced research areas developed at IRCAD.
This new initiative further strengthens the existing relationship between the organizations, building upon the ongoing partnership with Medicaroid. That partnership saw the installation of Medicaroid’s Hinotori surgical robot at IRCAD a few months ago, signaling a long-term commitment to advancing surgical innovation.

We would like to draw your attention that the « Vaccine Pass » is now mandatory in France since end of January 2022 and replaces the former « Health Pass » to access places that are open to the public, such as cinemas, museums, cafés and restaurants, hotels as well as the IRCAD Institute which welcomes participants in the framework of its courses and seminars. Thus, a PCR test without vaccination is no longer sufficient to take part in our courses.
