IRCAD international fellowships

The IRCAD research fellowship program is intended for surgeons, endoscopists, interventional radiologists, (bio)engineers, and computer scientists at the beginning of their professional career, willing to become leaders in their field. You will have the opportunity to focus on your academic achievements, and to actively participate in creative and innovative institutional projects for a period of 12 months eventually extendable to 24 months.

Surgical research fellowships​

As an IRCAD research fellow, you will:

  • Test the most advanced technological platforms, surgical devices, robotics, telerobotics, and image-guided surgery
  • Interact with international experts and key opinion leaders in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Conduct and promote your research projects and showcase them at international congresses
  • Write scientific papers with IRCAD support
  • Follow and contribute to the intensive and advanced training courses with key opinion leaders
  • Be involved in IRCAD’s theoretical and hands-on educational programs
  • Contribute to monthly publications on WebSurg

Engineering fellowships

As a fellow engineer, you will join IRCAD’s R&D team to develop your career path in various domains:
