Place of EUS and ERCP in the Management of Biliopancreatic diseases Advanced Course
This course will be dedicated to diagnostic EUS, and to the role of endoscopy (ERCP, EUS) in biliopancreatic diseases, with a focus on the technical aspects of normal anatomy, indications for EUS, the technical aspects of EUS-FNA/FNB, potential complications, results, and therapeutic impact of this technique.
Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) has now become an integral part in the evaluation of GI diseases, from a diagnostic to a therapeutic perspective.
This course will also focus on biliopancreatic diseases such as pancreatic cancers, cholangiocarcinomas, acute and chronic pancreatitis, etc.
The main objectives will be to determine the role of endoscopic procedures (e.g., ERCP, cholangioscopy, and EUS) in these different pathologies.
This course is a unique opportunity to learn about modern approaches with a wide range of clinical scenarios, and to train for the management of digestive diseases.
