Prof. Jacques Marescaux recently had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Stefan Rehbein, Senior Vice President of Global Research & Development at Karl Storz Endoskope, for his inaugural visit to IRCAD Africa in Kigali. This visit aimed to explore the potential establishment of an artificial intelligence team within the institute.
The trip also provided an opportunity to engage in several high-level discussions with key representatives and stakeholders, including:
