IRCAD recently welcomed a delegation from MedicalMountains GmbH, accompanied by representatives from 20 medical device companies based in Tuttlingen, Germany. Despite its modest population of 35,000, Tuttlingen is internationally recognized as a major center for medical technology, home to nearly 400 specialized companies.
The visit offered a valuable opportunity to present the structure and reach of the IRCAD network, which today includes nine centers across four continents. Discussions focused on potential collaborations in the areas of research, innovation, and surgical training.
